Who we are
The Upper Table is a Christian women-owned business rooted in faith, hospitality, and community. What began as a passion for gathering people around good food has grown into a mission to create meaningful moments through thoughtfully crafted charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and grab-and-go offerings.
Guided by our From Farm to Board philosophy, we strive to source ingredients locally whenever possible—supporting farmers, artisans, and small businesses in our community while building lasting relationships. Every board we create is intentionally designed to be both beautiful and abundant, serving as a centerpiece that invites people to slow down, connect, and share in fellowship.
At The Upper Table, we believe the table is more than a place to eat—it’s a place where community is built, stories are shared, and faith is lived out through service and hospitality.
My love for food has always been rooted in connection—the way a simple meal can become a lasting memory, and how sharing something beautiful can make people feel seen, cared for, and at home. As Chief Executive Officer, I bring that passion into every board we create, curating each detail with intention and heart.
Some of my most meaningful moments have been spent around a table, where food becomes more than something we enjoy—it becomes something that brings us closer together. Through The Upper Table, I aim to create not just charcuterie, but experiences that feel warm, intentional, and worth remembering. - Charissa, CEO
At The Upper Table, I see gathering around food as a sacred invitation—one that nourishes both body and soul. As Chief Financial Officer, my work is deeply personal and rooted in a genuine love for people.
With 10 years of experience in technology sales, I bring both strategy and heart to what I do. My faith in God is the foundation of how I lead, serve, and build—guiding me to pursue excellence with integrity and to steward this business with purpose. To me, The Upper Table is more than cheese and charcuterie; it’s a way to bring people together, to create meaningful moments, and to reflect God’s goodness through thoughtful hospitality. -Bethany, CFO
